Shipping Costs and Conditions
Shipping / Freight / Postage Costs:
We post Australia wide using Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.
Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for a cost of shipping for your items.
In some cases an order may take an extra day or 2 to arrive which is out of our control. We do not have our own Delivery company, we use Australia Post and Fastway and we are not responsible for orders taking longer then what it should. If you order is taking longer then expected, please contact us and we can open a case or enquiry with the courier company. We ship all orders out within 1 business day of the order being placed, provided their are no hold ups due to out of stock items.
We now offer Express Post. Please understand that we try to get all orders out within 24 hours of being placed so a day for handling needs to be allowed. Once your order has been packed for sending you can then expect to see your order within 2 business days if you have paid for express post. If you are located in NT it can take up to 3 business days due to the transit times with Australia Post, this is out of our control.
Their will be extra charges only if you buy GIANT Candy
Please be very mindful when ordering Chocolate in warmer Months. We do use a frozen pack and bubblewrap but this sometimes it is not enough to prevent the product from melting. Order at your own risk, we cannot refund.
Broken or damaged Items
Please do not sign for your parcel until you have checked that your goods are in condition. If there are any damaged goods, send the parcel back to us and we will replace any damaged goods. If you sign for it, the goods become your responsibility and we will not replace any damaged or broken items.
Leaving Goods Without Signature
If you instruct Joy's De'Lights to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Joy's De'Lights will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. All parcels are to be signed for upon our request. This is so that parcels are not left unattended. If you are not home at time of attempted delivery, you will receive a calling card or a phone call from the delivery driver to see if you will be home the next business day. Keep in mind that if you are not home, this may impact the delivery time of your parcel.
Shipping And Handling Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Availability of Stock
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible. In some cases we may contact you first via email to see if you would rather a replacement. If you pay for express shipping then you won't be contacted, we will refund straight away.

Melbourne and surrounds - 1-3 business days
Sydney - 1-2 business days (City orders are usually next day)
Tasmania (most locations) - 3 business days
WA - 1-2 business days
SA (most locations) - 5 business days
ACT - up to 3 business days (on average, 2 days)
QLD - Most main areas can take up to 5 business days
Country areas can take up to 7 business days depending on your distance to Perth.
Please be aware that these are just guidelines and at times shipping can take longer due to external factors including weeks with public Holidays. If you are not within range of Fastway depots your order could take an extra 3 days, these include rural or remote areas.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We are now shipping to New Zealand! Shipping prices are based on the weight of your parcel. Shipping prices start at $9.00. Please understand that your parcel has to go through customs before it gets to you and can take anywhere from 5-14 business days to get to your location.
